Conscious Parenting is an inward journey to heal and grow the child inside you so you can parent the child before you. We understand that what is triggering us in the present moment is our past and discover that the voices guiding us in our heads are not ours.
So why is this about me and not my child?
The parent-child relationship needs one key ingredient: connection. But how are we to connect with them when we are not connected with who we truly are?
In Conscious Parenting, we believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, and the journey takes place in a safe and compassionate space where we unravel patterns, myths, belief systems and how our childhood shaped us. We work on re-parenting, building personal boundaries, understanding our triggers, inward connection, and self -compassion. This is a holistic approach which also dives into lifestyle shifts, nutrition, movement, and meditation. You will experience more inner connection, and therefore more connection with your children
