Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, distance energy healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance.
The session is filled with guided inspiration and healing movements to release stress and anxiety; improves flexibility; strengthens immunity; releases toxins and balances energy channels. It is also, a good practice for those recovering from or living with injury, but can also be used as a self-care strategy for prevention and to maintain one's well being.

Kaline started her yoga practice in 2010 after a dance injury prompting her to practice yoga as an alternative form of exercise. Her yoga practice became her inspiration to a personal transformation leading her to resign from her HR career to pursue her new journey through Yoga and holistic healing. In 2014, she became a certified Vinyasa Teacher and shortly after became certified in Yin Yoga.
In 2018, she attended intensive training at Integral NYC where she became a certified Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching passionately for many years and incorporates different styles of yoga, breath work, and meditation in her sessions. Kaline is also a Reiki Master, awakening the intuitive energy that helps her connect with every living being around her. She is determined to provide awareness on the healing benefits of gentle movement and breath work in order for her students to form a deeper connection with their body, mind and soul.
