Reiki Master, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Kaline started her yoga practice in 2010 after a dance injury prompting her to practice yoga as an alternative form of exercise. Her yoga practice became her inspiration to a personal transformation leading her to resign from her HR career to pursue her new journey through Yoga and holistic healing. In 2014, she became a certified Vinyasa Teacher and shortly after became certified in Yin Yoga. In 2018, she attended intensive training at Integral NYC where she became a certified Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching passionately for many years and incorporates different styles of yoga, breath work, and meditation in her sessions. Kaline is also a Reiki Master, awakening the intuitive energy that helps her connect with every living being around her. She is determined to provide awareness on the healing benefits of gentle movement and breath work in order for her students to form a deeper connection with their body, mind and soul.

Discovering the practice when she was 19, she traveled to India years later to delve even deeper, get her certification, and begin sharing the benefits of the practice with others. She’s been sharing the practice ever since. Deeply passionate about the philosophy of yoga, healing modalities, and mindfulness meditation, she considers herself forever a learner, wanting to share all her valuable learning lessons with her students. Yoga is a wonderful tool to help ground us and cultivate a more equanimous mind amidst all of life’s ups and downs. Her mission is to create a safe space for practitioners to connect with themselves and heal both on and off the mat.
