Duration: (75 minutes) Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that links the breathe to fluid movements in a creative sequence. Unlike other dynamic styles of yoga, vinyasa doesn’t have a fixed system of movements. We start our practice with breathwork then move on to a playful sequence that can be physically challenging at times, towards the end we soften and release with gentle stretches making you feel alive, connected and free.
